Estimates, not appraisals

ChipWorth returns statistical estimates of fair market value based on public listing data and a hand-curated fallback catalog. These figures are informational estimates, not professional appraisals, and should not be treated as a guarantee of what any specific item will sell for.

US market only

All pricing data reflects the United States market. Prices, availability, and typical ranges outside the US may differ substantially and are not covered by this service.

No warranty

ChipWorth is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the API and its data at your own risk.

No price prediction

ChipWorth reports current, observed fair-value ranges. It does not forecast, predict, or guarantee future prices, and nothing in its responses should be interpreted as investment or trading advice.

Fair use

The API is offered for reasonable, good-faith use. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block traffic that abuses the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the API after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
